100 Soufre ajouté Fougas

Natural

If, as Rabelais said, "Wine is the most civilized thing in the world", natural wine is its quintessence "

The sulfur free of Fougas  “100 soufre ajouté” (1) is a mineral wine with a suave and silky bouquet bursting with complex aromas of flowers and fruits.

Our advice: Before tasting it, aerate the wine well, decanting it several times to release its aromas in their fullness: For its good conservation, the wine without added sulfur is worked without oxygen throughout its aging, so when by opening the bottle, it must be strongly aired!!!

Blend:

  • 100% Merlot

Aging potential: 5 to 10 years
